How to place column breaks in ConTeXt?

How to place column breaks in ConTeXt?

I am creating a book which mostly has a 2-column layout. I am using \startcolumns[n=2] and \stopcolumns everywhere that I need columns, which is almost everywhere, except in section titles. I need to ensure that some of the section titles appear at the top of a new column, but manually adding column breaks. In this example, a manual column break is added before the third section title, but not before other section titles.
