What features should I compare between front-end frameworks [closed]
I would like to create my own personal website, but despite the fact that I have good knowledge of HTML, CSS and Javascript, I don't really know where to start.
As a student software developer, I can make web applications, but front-end design is new to me. As I said, I have a knowledge of the technologies, but today's WWW landscape is scary at first sight. Browser differences are still not a thing of the past, and it's gotten even worse: now there is the entire mobile world too.
I thought I would start out by choosing a front-end framework, and I've found a really good webpage that sums 'em up.
However I'm still confused as a newcomer to the HTML 5 web. What exactly is responsive design, how do I choose between less and sass, if two frameworks seem to be equally good, how do I decide which one is for me?
I've decided to go with Wordpress as a back-end in my case, so I know that compatibility with this is one aspect to look for.
